Emotional Freedom Techniques with Ho'oponopono

Emotional Freedom Technique also known as EFT is a method of tapping on acupuncture points to resolve emotion distress and physical pain. It is a psychosensory technique based on traditional Chinese medicine practice of acupuncture. It involves tapping on 9 key acupressure points on the hands, face and body with your fingertips while repeating specific phrases.

 

At The Healing Space I link EFT to the Hawaiian practise of Ho’oponopono which is based on Forgiveness, Gratitude and Love. This increases the effectiveness of the healing and conditions can be resolved quickly, sometimes in just 1 or 2 sessions although this will vary according to the complexity of the situation and the individual client.
